Query Finder is currently a free-only product — no payments are collected
today, so no refunds apply right now. This page is a placeholder,
ready to be filled in properly once a paid plan launches.
1. Current status
Query Finder does not charge for any plan at this time. All accounts run on the Free plan, which includes 25 keyword searches per day at no cost.
2. When a paid plan launches
Once a paid "Pro" plan becomes available, this page will be updated to clearly state:
- The refund window (for example, a 7-day or 14-day money-back guarantee).
- How to request a refund (email, support ticket, or billing dashboard).
- How long refunds take to process and to which payment method they are returned.
- Any usage conditions that may make a purchase non-refundable (for example, heavy API usage already consumed).
3. Cancelling a subscription
When paid subscriptions launch, you will be able to cancel at any time from your account settings; access will typically continue until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
